The diffuser film is a component of the LCD backlight module, which mainly diffuses the light of the light guide plate, so that the line light source (CCFL) or the point light source (LED) can be distributed into a uniform surface light source. Generally, LCD needs 2 diffusion films, 1 upper diffusion film and 1 lower diffusion film. Because the lower diffusion film is close to the light guide plate, the light transmittance is high and the scattering degree is not high. The film also has the function of removing the pattern of the prism sheet and protecting the prism sheet. The upper and lower diffuser films scatter the light to achieve the effect of uniform light diffusion.
Як правило, традиційна дифузійна плівка в основному додає хімічні частинки до підкладки дифузійної плівки як частинки розсіювання, тоді як існуюча дифузійна пластина має частинки, розосереджені між шарами пальців дерева, тому світло буде заломлюватися в двох напрямках при проходженні через дифузійний шар. У той же час світло буде зазнавати багато явищ заломлення, відбиття та розсіювання, що призведе до ефекту оптичної дифузії.
